Questions

This project was the creation of a new feature called Questions. It also consisted of an internal migration from Stack overflow to Apple’s own collaboration tool where users could have their questions asked and answered. This was my final project at Apple and I led the design from start to finish.

• Collected Requirements from the product team
• Conducted User Research on existing Stack Overflow users to find out more about how they used the product.
• Created a framework and user architecture for how this sizeable feature would work within an already complex product.
• Designed Prototypes for multiple scenarios and the different levels of users, ie administrators, readers, moderators.
• Designed the High Fidelity feature and reiterated on it following testing and feedback from the stakeholders until complete.
• Documented the feature and presented it to the product manager and other stakeholders.
